On-line Services
CEA HR and Consulting has created a user friendly online website that provides users with up-to-date information on all important IR/HR issues, latest and upcoming training events and other important resources. In addition, subscriber members are able to access all Awards and Wage Schedules via the member’s login.
Telephone Advisory Service
Staffed by a team of experienced Industrial and Human Relations Advisors whom are able to answer questions relating to all Industrial and Employee Relations matters. Due to the complex nature of some queries it may be necessary to meet with an Advisor to discuss your issue in detail. The Telephone Advisory Service is free to our members, however, costs may be incurred for providing advice on complex issues and all charges are discussed prior to commencement.

Initial copy of the Award/s relevant to your organisation, plus free updates for the first year. There is a small update service fee for each award required in consecutive years. Awards service also includes Wage Schedules and each of these are available on-line in our members website.
Where appropriate and following instructions from members, we may appear in various tribunals as the employer representative in a number of matters, e.g. Enterprise Agreement approval, unfair dismissals, etc.
